Instructions for Use:

1. Prepare the nail:
   Lightly buff the nail plate (use a 180/240 grit file), then cleanse with dehydrator or Nail Fresh.

2. Application:
   Apply a thin layer of NO STRESS Iron Base and evenly distribute it by rubbing it into the nail with the brush until fully levelled.

3. Cure:
   Cure in a 48W UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.

4. Continue with:
   Gel, polygel, or any other base system of your choice.
